She'll summon him at 70% HP.Kill the Charming Prince first so they can't use their Terror Voice & Shivering Rondo combo. You can also use Chie's Mabufu (if learned) on Charming Prince as it will knock him down to kill him faster and give you a second turn he's also prone to Dizzy.

Guard frequently with Chie once she becomes enraged and begins using Burn to Ashes at 50% HP and she'll spam it at 30%. This will prevent you from being struck multiple times. Other tactics would be to train a persona that knows Red Wall and cast it on Chie every three turns for fire resistance,This will keep her from attacking you multiple times.Shadow Yukiko's Endurance is low so she'll go down quickly.
